I've started developing a Collectible Card Game a few weeks ago after finding out that every software out there is either too complex or focused on a specific game.
A list of game creation software that will help you make your game idea. Belle – visual novel maker is open source and free software. Game design is the art of applying design and aesthetics to create a game for entertainment or for educational, exercise, or experimental purposes. Increasingly, elements and principles of game design are also applied to other interactions, particularly virtual ones (see gamification).
I want to make a neutral design with no complex options, but flexible enough to give your designs a custom feel.
The first alpha was published this week here: Card Creator 0.1 and already has some of the basic features.
Basic features:
Edit card texts
Edit card colors and images
Manage card collections
Project save/load
Export as PNG
Planned features:
Rarity icons
Upper corner numbers (for resources/cost etc...)
Select color by HEX value
I'd like to ask you what features would you like to see in a program like this and also if you think its a good idea or there is already a lot of similar tools (is it worth the effort?).

Also, I've opened a Steam Greenlight page to see how the people feel about it and to develop a pro version if everything goes well.
